HYDRO MASSAGE WHIRLPOOL – already running
Whirlpool bath is used to restore organism, to soothe tired muscles and whole body, to help supply tissues and skin with oxygen and for egestion of lactic acid, mainly after physical strain. It’s a symbol of ideal relaxation after a busy day.
Hydro massage seats are equipped with a jet system for targeted massage of individual muscle groups.

TEPIDÁRIUM
Relaxing on nicely warmed and anatomically shaped seats helps to activate immune system without affecting extremely the blood circulation. Tepidarium is designed for customers that prefer less warm environment. It’s advisable to visit Tepidarium before massage or as a final procedure instead of having the usual rest in a lounge. You can scent the air in sauna based on your current mood. Choose any scent from those that are ready for you and it will amplify your sauna experience.

FINNISH SAUNA
It is suitable for healthy people to maintain and strengthen body shape, warm up body, intensify blood flow in the skin, purify pores and to release the stress. Herb scents will emphasize the pleasant feelings of your stay in the sauna.

Air temperature: app 95 – 110 °C
Air humidity: app 20–30 %
Recommended duration of stay: 5–15 minutes
Provides the sauna effect at lower temperature. Those who are intolerant of high temperatures in Finnish sauna will certainly appreciate this type..

Air humidity: app 40 – 50 %

SALT STEAM BATH
Creates an atmosphere similar to seaside climate. Humid air is saturated with salt compounds which penetrate into upper respiratory track and settle on your skin. It has positive effects on a skin and upper respiratory track diseases.

Air temperature: app 45–55 °C
Air humidity: almost 100 %
Recommended duration of stay: 20 minutes
INFRARED SAUNA
It is used for sweating or therapeutic procedures and preventive treatments. It is suitable also for people that are treated for high blood pressure or people that are intolerant of high temperatures. It’s also recommended for cardiac patients, for those who suffer from hypertension or diabetics. The temperature of approximately 50 °C heats up the skin as far as 4 cm deep under the skin surface, which initiates many processes benefiting the health and well-being.

THE KNEIPP PATH
The Kneipp hydrotherapy treatment is typical for its alternation of warm and cold water. Shingles at the bottom of small streams massage feet and alternating water temperature improves the blood circulation. Warm bath helps with respiratory track diseases and cold bath causes training of vascular channels, which is good, mainly for those who suffer from chronically cold feet. Alternating baths improve the blood circulation in all parts of the body; they are used to treat spasm of vascular system as well as starting symptoms of flu and other health issues. 
The integral part of taking a sauna is the process of cooling down in cold water afterwards. There are different ways of cooling. For the courageous one, there’s available a shock bucket to cool down under the flow of cold water or a cooling bath with the water at the temperature of approximately 7 °C.
